I havent blogged in a long time. maybe cause i havent figured out what to blog about. everything didnt seem interesting enough to blog. until this week passed by. and boy oh boy..have i got news for you! haha! lets start off with the beginning of the week.
for me, that'll be on a tuesday. that was the day i had to perform for my Effective Communication class. the video is up on Facebook and i must say that i am quite pleased with the end result. i did work very hard to get it the way i wanted it to look. some parts could have been changed but i am happy. after that day, i realised.. is when everyone started opening up a lil more towards me. they asked me questions and just talk. mostly about Uni work but, hey! thats a start. =)
The next day, we had to get into groups of 5 and discuss about a campaign that we want to make the people be aware about. it can be a Real or an Imagined Cause to be brought awareness upon. This was for Public Relations. so my group decided that we'll discuss about it in the mamak where we can eat as well as talk. we wanted to do about a cause that wasnt normal. we knew that everyone would be doing on Global Warming or stuff of that sort. we wanted to be different. so we thought, National Orgasmic Day but we found out that it was already done! 31st July is when its celebrated all over the world! ahahaha! then we decided, lets do "National Love Making Day" and we would have it on the 6/9 to the 9/9. get it?? 69/99. hahaha! that way we are not biased to any gender! we came up with lots of made up actitives to educate the people about this cause and we wanted to sell button badges to raise more awareness. these are the designs!!
LOVE FOR PEACE was our slogan. and the rest of the images are the button badges that we will have for everyone. we start off with the kids where they will have a button badge in a shape of a flower and there will be a bird and bee. you know why :) and the teens would like chain better than a button badge. for the single adults would be half a heart of either a female or male on it. and the married will be both of them joined together. gays and lesbians as seen. and the elderly has a cross on it because as u grow older, u become more health concious.
while this whole discussion was taking place.. Kiwi. ( think back..last year) yeah HIM. he sees me sitting down with my group mates and comes up to my table at the mamak. sits down next to me. introduces himself to my friends and sits on the chair pulled up right next to mine. i said hello to him and proceeded the discussion with my friends. and while i was discussing.. he kept shaking his legs and when he does that it hits against my legs! on top of that he kept poking me with his finger! i got quite annoyed..i just moved away. Later, one of my friends had to go pay her bill. and i said i'll follow her cuz my aunt was already coming to pick me up. he decides to tag along. while she was paying her bill.. Kiwi asked me to come over to where he was standing. calling me with his finger that is. and this is how the convo went...
Kiwi: *using index finger* Shra, come here.
Me: what?
Kiwi: ummm...errrrrr....aaaaaaa....
Me: hello? what do you want?
Kiwi: We're having lunch tomorrow(Thursday)!
Me: excuse me? Um... NO we're Not.
Kiwi: why?? we are. Tomorrow.
Me: I've got class from 8am till 2pm.
Kiwi: Then, after 2pm!
Me: I'm going home after 2!
Kiwi: *puts his hand on my shoulder* come on Shra, dont be like that. just like Sunway. haih...
Me: *takes his hand off my shoulder* NO. if u wanna have lunch next week, we can but my friends will be there.
Kiwi: hmmm......okay.
I mean seriously! SERIOUSLY! he's got some BLOODY NERVE to do that, doesnt he! but yeah...after that we just went home. i was quite pleased with myself =)
Friday, my mom wanted to go watch this Odissi held at Malaysian Tourism Centre. it was beautiful! i loved the whole thing. the dance and the colour of their outfits were so vibrant and beautiful!! we saw one of my uncles there. talk talk for awhile and went home. that whole night i had a migrain. a really bad migrain. went to the doctor and he said it was my gastric acting up again. he gave me some meds but i was in bed all day. couldnt stand up. got better though. thank god.
oh yes! on Sunday my grandmother called my mom and told her bout this cousin of mine(farrrrrr cousin) this guy named.. Sanjeev. He went to America and became a model! he was in Vogue! VOGUE! and now he's back here..modelling here. haha! he's quite hot la! i thought so :)
and today, i was listening to this song. "searching my soul" the Ally Mcbeal theme song. and i thought of those days in Ausmat where Shobz, Fel and I were helping Fel choose a song to sing for Talentime. i remembered how we sang this song so many times and all the laughs we had. i miss you all in Ausmat. i really do. i must say, it was one of the BEST years of my life. Miss you guys :(
